After retiring from the Bell system in 1989, Ralph decided to put his expertise to use by starting his own business. Since the early days in 1990, Hicom Inc. has evolved into a full provider of Voice and Data systems. Stemming from basic telephone systems, Hicom Inc. has spread out into compliant Cat 5e, and Cat 6 structured cabling systems, fiberoptic sales and installation, as well as fully integrated Voice over IP Networks.
